Assistant Manager, Compliance

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, Compliance, based in Pune. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in corporate governance within listed entities, a strong grasp of regulatory frameworks, and the ability to support strategic initiatives across domestic and international operations

Role & responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and listing obligations
• Manage board meetings, AGMs, and committee proceedings with precision and discretion
• Draft and maintain statutory records, resolutions, and regulatory filings
• Liaise with stock exchanges, regulators, and stakeholders on governance matters
• Support execution of executive agreements and strategic partnerships
• Advise leadership on corporate structuring, risk mitigation, and governance best practices
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and strategy teams on cross-functional initiatives
• Uphold Monarchs reputation for integrity, transparency, and excellence

Preferred candidate profile:

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) ICSI certified with minimum 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in a listed company
• Strong understanding of SEBI LODR, Companies Act, investor relations, exchange filings, and corporate governance norms
• Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
• Willingness to be based out of Pune
• Exposure to infrastructure, public sector, or international business environments is a plus.
