Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Ownership & People Management

  • Manage a pod of

    Admission Counsellors.

  • Set daily, weekly, and cycle-level expectations.
  • Coach team members on:
    • Call structure
    • Objection handling
    • Parent conversations
    • Closing techniques
  • Conduct:
    • Call audits
    • Feedback sessions
    • Performance check-ins
  • Drive accountability while maintaining morale.

2. Funnel & Revenue Ownership

  • Own conversion metrics for your pod:
    • Lead Application
    • Offer Acceptance (O2A)
    • Acceptance Enrollment
  • Ensure optimal utilisation of leads and offers.
  • Intervene in:
    • Stalled cases
    • Fence-sitters
    • High-value / high-risk leads

3. Strategy & Execution

  • Guide advisors on:
    • Program differentiation
    • ROI conversations
    • Competitive positioning
  • Ensure timely follow-ups aligned with deadlines and policies.

4. Process Discipline & Hygiene

  • Ensure CRM hygiene across the pod:
  • Enforce adherence to admissions policies and communication standards.

5. Training, Enablement & Culture

  • Onboard and ramp new counsellors.
  • Share best practices and winning call frameworks.
  • Uphold ethical admissions standards.
  • Create a culture of ownership, learning, and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in:
    • Admissions
    • Education sales
    • Inside sales (high-ticket)
  • Prior experience managing a

    sales / admissions team

    is mandatory.
  • Experience with parent-facing escalations is strongly preferred.
