Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager based in Vellore. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a strong team of insurance agents to drive health insurance sales. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, establishing relationships with agents, training them on the product portfolio, and supporting them to deliver exceptional service to customers. The individual will also monitor market developments, analyze competition, and contribute to the continuous growth of the agency business channel.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities
• Proficiency in training, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team
• Knowledge of health insurance products and market dynamics
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and opportunities
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
