Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur for an Educational Consultant. The consultant will engage in guiding students and parents throughout the admission process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment. Key responsibilities include conducting career counseling sessions, evaluating student profiles, shortlisting suitable courses and colleges, aiding in document preparation, and providing application support. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with educational institutions and staying updated on current admission processes and criteria. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and institutions Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities for career counseling and course shortlisting Detail-oriented with expertise in documentation, eligibility assessments, and application processes Proficiency in MS Office tools and related software for documentation and presentations Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment while maintaining a student-centric approach Knowledge of admissions processes, especially in Medical, Engineering, or Professional programs, is an advantage Educational background in counseling, education, or related fields preferred
