Job Description

To survey the required area, do market study of the surrounding area and find out rates of flats / property independently.
To survey the societys area where there are possibilities of redevelopment.
Understanding Various Rules & Regulation
To make feasibility report and prepare offer letter for property /societies
Preparing Presentation for the investor and to raise the Finance.
Should have good network with Brokers/ Societies/ PMCs.
To give details of Development Agreement to construction team for points to be kept in mind during Execution of work.
To work in coordination with other departments of the company.
To ensure that all correspondences, documents etc. relating to property are properly arranged, indexed, files in relevant file, all files are properly maintained and an index of file is always available.
To prepare all types of standard documents / letters etc. required for redevelopment of society work.
To coordinate with the Legal team and with the Architect team ensuring smooth transaction.
Should have been part of at least 4 -5 successful acquisitions of societies and completion in recent past in western suburbs.
