Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team and focus on the workspaces portfolio. This individual will play a crucial role in sourcing leads, building relationships, and developing this vertical of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and source new business opportunities for the workspaces portfolio through various channels such as networking, referrals, online research, and attending industry events.
  • Client Engagement:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Market Research:

    Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Sales Strategy:

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the client base.
  • Proposal Development:

    Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of Spacient Designs.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting:

    Track and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the design and construction industry.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
