Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for acquiring and managing new and existing client relationships in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. Your primary focus will be on field-based activities, which include meeting and assisting customers with their salary accounts. This role is crucial for expanding the company's customer base and ensuring client satisfaction within your designated territory in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both current and prospective clients. Sales and Business Development: Actively engage with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable credit card and payment solutions. Target Achievement: Work independently to achieve and exceed sales targets and grow the customer base. Market Insight: Gather valuable feedback and insights from customer interactions to help refine and improve business strategies. Compliance: Ensure all activities are in alignment with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Candidate ProfileWe are looking for enthusiastic, driven, and results-oriented individuals who are passionate about sales and customer engagement. Education: A bachelor's degree is essential. An MBA is an advantage. Experience: A minimum of one year of experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector, is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Target-driven and confident.
