Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle. Responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, pitching solutions tailored to client needs, and negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the growth and strategy of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Business Development and Sales skills, such as prospecting, lead generation, and deal closing
  • Relationship Management and Client Communications skills to foster strong collaborations and manage client expectations
  • Market Research and Analytical skills to identify business opportunities and understand market trends
  • Strategic Planning and Organizational skills to manage sales pipelines and execute business growth strategies
  • Experience with eCommerce, software development, AI, or related technologies is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
