Business Development Lead

Represent is the talent management arm at Schbang, dedicated to nurturing creators and fostering talent-led brand collaborations. From establishing impactful partnerships to cultivating IPs and advancing creator careers, Represent serves as the intersection of business and creativity. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Lead to join our team at Represent. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue through brand partnerships, establishing lasting value for talent, and creating innovative IPs that blend talent creativity with brand narratives. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively pitching talent to potential brands and agencies to secure outbound brand deals and consistently achieve or surpass monthly revenue targets. - Developing and closing long-term, impactful brand collaborations for key talents, negotiating commercials and deliverables to align with talent positioning and brand objectives. - Collaborating with talents and brands to ideate and execute branded IPs, working with internal creative and strategy teams to create sellable formats and pitches. - Identifying and onboarding emerging and established creators that resonate with Represents ethos, fostering strong relationships with new talents and supporting their brand journey.
