Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Indian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Indian market.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports to inform decision-making.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
