We are currently seeking a Business Development (Sales) Professional with 1 to 7 years of relevant experience to join our growing organization. Position: Business Development (Sales) Experience Required: 1 to 7 years Location: Sector 62 Noida Industry: IT Services Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email.). Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term growth. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) to ensure smooth client onboarding. Regularly report on pipeline status and sales progress. Required Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals. Experience in B2B sales (preferred). Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently. Good understanding of sales strategies and business development processes. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales. Bachelor's degree. Candidates with experience in Sales will be preferred.
