Position: Business Development (Sales)

Experience Required: 1 to 7 years
Location: Sector 62 Noida
Industry: IT Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email.).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term growth.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Regularly report on pipeline status and sales progress.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Experience in B2B sales (preferred).
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of sales strategies and business development processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Candidates with experience in Sales will be preferred.
