Role & responsibilities

Identify and research companies that are actively hiring through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
Initiate outbound communication via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers
Qualify leads based on hiring needs, company size, and urgency
Schedule and hand over qualified meetings to the senior Business Development team
Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in CRM tools
Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to maximize response and conversion rates

Preferred candidate profile

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Confident in outbound calling and professional business conversations
