About the role

Ziraya is expanding its Business Development team and hiring ambitious MBA freshers / final-year students who are eager to hustle, learn, and grow.

This internship gives you direct exposure to senior leaders (CEOs, HR Heads, and other decision-makers) while you build hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development activities for Ziraya

• Connect with B2B clients via LinkedIn, email, and calls

• Pitch our Recruitment & Contact Center solutions

• Understand client requirements and design solutions

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships

• MBA freshers or final-year students

• Strong communication & presentation skills

• Passion for networking, sales & client engagement
