Ready to be posted/travel in project areas. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, non-profit organisations, and internal teams, to build partnerships and ensure effective implementation of the organisation's projects. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and address any concerns or issues that arise. Work with various stakeholders in the local area—representatives like Sarpanches, Pradhan, Govt officials, etc.—to ensure smooth and effective implementation of the programs. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Project Implementation: Oversee the execution of different projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards. Regular field visits, conduct surveys, mobilization meetings, training and awareness programs at the ground level. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and efficient utilization of resources. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish monitoring mechanisms to track the progress and impact of projects. Collect and analyze relevant data, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the HO team and senior management. Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies to enhance project effectiveness. Compliance and Reports: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, including impact assessments, and compliance documentation, as required by relevant authorities and stakeholders. Community Engagement: Work closely with local communities to understand their needs, interests, and priorities. Foster community participation and involvement in project initiatives through effective communication, capacity building, and awareness campaigns. Collaboration and Networking: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and other relevant organizations.
About the Role We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Intern to support our CSR, ESG, and social impact projects. Duration : 1-2 months Stipend : 4k PM Key Responsibilities ● Conduct online research using search engines to gather relevant information on companies, CSR trends, and sector insights. ● Work on Excel to manage, clean, and analyse basic datasets (training will be provided when needed). ● Assist the team in identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and outreach leads. ● Support TSL in managing outreach and social media for upcoming events. ● Contribute to brainstorming sessions for CSR project concepts, strategy, and implementation ideas. ● Support documentation, proposal development, and project coordination tasks as required.
