• Assist in lead generation and outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms
• Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the Sales team
• Understand customer pain points and offer tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track customer interactions
• Support the Sales team in organizing campaigns and webinars
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams for end-to-end sales strategies

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

• Interest in eCommerce, SaaS, and Customer Experience tools
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
