Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads and identify potential client opportunities
• Conduct proactive sales outreach and follow-up with recruitment consulting firms, enterprises, and startups
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position our AI Recruitment Platform effectively
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of communications and client interactions to support sales pipeline management

Required Qualifications

• MBA preferred; candidates with a background in CS/IT will be highly considered
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Highly goal-driven with a proven ability to execute sales outreach
