Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Research target companies and identify key decision-makers (HR, TA, Engineering Leaders)
• Assist in managing inbound leads: respond, qualify, and schedule meetings
• Support discovery calls and demo coordination with the sales team
• Track competitor insights and market trends to support sales strategy
• Contribute to targets related to meetings scheduled, qualified leads, and opportunities created.

• Comfortable with cold outreach and talking to decision-makers
• Strong research skills and ability to identify client needs
• Highly driven, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
