Business Development Associate

🔧 Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective learners via calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Educate them about our programs and value propositions
• Convert warm leads into enrollments through consultative selling
• Maintain DATA and track lead performance
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for campaign feedback
• Hit weekly and monthly sales targets

✅ Requirements

• 0–12 months of experience in sales, telesales, or B2C/B2B business development (EdTech preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English and your native language
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a quick learner
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
