Job Description

As a Lead Generation Executive at EdiGlobe, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential student prospects to generate qualified leads. Your responsibilities will include proactively reaching out to students, qualifying and nurturing leads, maintaining accurate lead records, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and consistently achieving lead generation targets. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to students across multiple educational institutions through strategic outbound calls. - Qualify and nurture leads by understanding their educational and career needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of EdiGlobe's offerings. - Maintain detailed and accurate lead records within CRM platforms for seamless tracking and follow-up. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies and contribute to campaign success. - Consistently achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets. Qualifications Required: - 1 - 3+ years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, preferably in EdTech or education sectors. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for engaging and influencing students. - Strong organizational skills and detail orientation; proficient in CRM and MS Office tools. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively.
