Business Development Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern with a strong interest in operations management. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the core team to support day-to-day operations, optimize internal processes, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to support business development. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Maintain records, track progress, and prepare reports for ongoing projects. Support lead generation and follow-up processes as needed. Help streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks. Manage communication with clients and partners when required. Assist in organizing and executing events, workshops, or campaigns (if any). Handle basic administrative tasks related to operations and client management. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs, Slides). Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Indore for the internship duration. Work from office only – remote work is not available for this position.
