Business Development Intern

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic intern to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong interest in client management and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Growth

Research and identify potential clients and partnership opportunities.

Support outreach campaigns, lead generation, and proposal creation.

Assist in preparing client presentations and sales materials.

Contribute to building and maintaining the business pipeline.

2. Client Servicing & Relationship Management

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Participate in client meetings, document requirements, and follow up on tasks.

Maintain client databases, communication logs, and feedback reports.

Support client retention initiatives and satisfaction tracking.

3. Market & Competitive Insights

Conduct industry and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Track campaign performance metrics and prepare internal reports.

Suggest ideas for improving service quality and client engagement.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Finance (preferred).

2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — verbal & written.

3.Good understanding of marketing fundamentals and interest in digital trends.

4.Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, or Google Workspace.

5.Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

6.Self-starter with curiosity to understand both business and creative processes.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
