Business Development Intern

At Ai India Innovations, we're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic BDE Intern to join our dynamic team. This position will offer the intern a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in a real-world marketing environment, gaining insight into various aspects of the field and contributing to our ongoing projects.

Responsibility:

- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.

- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

- Managing a client’s portfolio.

- Do Market Research and Find new market areas and customers.

- Pitch services/solutions effectively and conduct product demos or presentations.

- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.

- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Should have knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Apollo

- Experience with Lead Generation for potential software clients. 

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online networking platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).

- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.Familiarity with digital. Marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn, email, Facebook Ads Manager).

- A proactive attitude, willing to take the initiative to contribute ideas and execute tasks.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Passionate about the marketing field with a keen desire to learn and grow.
