Location: Gurgaon

Shift & Timings: Mon to Fri (9am- 6pm)

We are looking for aggressive, sales oriented people to join our Inside sales function. This is an opportunity to Learn while you earn. Work with senior Industry leaders and learn the in and outs of customer interaction and sales processes.

Skills & Experience that we are looking for:

  1. Interpersonal, Communication, Research & Record Keeping Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Veti 6 certified (please provide your score).

2. Experience:

    • Experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or B2B Lead Generation, of minimum one year.
    • Sales experience only in BPO services/ outsourcing/ Managed services. (Service- centric)
    • Familiar with outbound processes across various verticals.
    • Comfortable with having tangible goals and targets

3. Personality traits:

    • Extrovert and a likable personality.

4. MS Office Proficiency:

    • Basic experience in using MS Office.

5. Lead Generation Tools:

    • Experience with LinkedIn, Lusha, Zoom Info, Salesforce is good to have (can be trained).

KRAs of the role:

1. Prospect Identification:

    • Conduct internet research to identify stakeholders.
    • Responsible for connecting with key decision-makers to influence them to work with Teleperformance.
    • Facilitate and set up meetings with prospects for the Sales team.

2. Demand Generation Activities:

    • Cold calling, email campaigns, lead generation, pipeline management, lead nurturing, and qualification.
    • Willing to cold call relentlessly to meet monthly lead generation targets.

3. Coordination:

    • Coordinate activities with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Sales teams to effectively reach out to decision-makers.

4. Market Understanding:

    • Sharpen understanding of the target audience and market.
    • Conduct regular research on prospects for an in-depth analysis of their requirements.

5. Industry Trends:

    • Stay informed on industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
