Experience: 5+ years in business development, preferably in education or skill development sector

As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Head to drive our growth initiatives in the region.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies focused on vocational and skill education

• Identify and build partnerships with institutions, government bodies, NGOs, and industry partners

• Lead proposal development for tenders, CSR initiatives, and government-funded projects (e.g., PMKVY, NSDC, DDU-GKY)

• Drive enrollment targets, franchise expansion, and new training center setup

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

• Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and government forums

Key Requirements

• Proven track record in business development, preferably in education or skilling sector

• Strong understanding of government schemes, CSR collaborations, and public-private

partnerships

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Possessing strong liaison with Government agencies like NSDC, NCVET and other skill councils

for expanding existing business and starting new by way of processing approval applications for

various courses etc.

• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams

• Bachelor Master's degree in Business, Education, or related field
