Role & responsibilities Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. Identify target audiences and create tailored digital campaigns to reach and engage them effectively.Online Presence Management: Manage the organization's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO). Oversee content creation, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, etc., to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content for various social media platforms to foster audience engagement and increase brand awareness. Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.Paid Advertising: Develop and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and display networks. Optimize ad campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, crafting compelling content, and segmenting email lists. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to refine email strategies SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and optimize keyword bidding and ad copy. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns. Provide guidance and support to team members on digital marketing best practices. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution and achieving business objectives. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.
