Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore new opportunities in the

    lamination segment

    within the technical textiles industry.
  • Conduct regular market visits and travel to meet prospective clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Evaluate market trends to introduce

    new lamination products

    that meet customer and industry requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to

    translate market needs into product development

    opportunities.
  • Work alongside the production team, which will handle the manufacturing aspects.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to

    expand market reach and sales volumes

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8

    years

    of experience in

    business development / marketing / sales

    , preferably in

    technical textiles

    .
  • Candidates with

    basic knowledge of technical textiles

    are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in lamination

    is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
