Key Responsibilities: Identify and explore new opportunities in the lamination segment within the technical textiles industry. Conduct regular market visits and travel to meet prospective clients, suppliers, and partners. Evaluate market trends to introduce new lamination products that meet customer and industry requirements. Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate market needs into product development opportunities. Work alongside the production team, which will handle the manufacturing aspects. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to expand market reach and sales volumes . Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development / marketing / sales , preferably in technical textiles . Candidates with basic knowledge of technical textiles are encouraged to apply. Experience in lamination is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role.
