Business Development Head

As the Head of Business Development for Supply Chain Finance at Invoyz Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a fintech start-up based in Bengaluru, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the growth of our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) products and allied services to distributors and corporate enterprises with a minimum balance sheet size of 50 crore. We are specifically targeting big distributors and anchors, and not small & micro enterprises. With over 12 years of experience in "Hunting" for potential clients in the financial services sector, particularly in the areas of supply chain funding and business loans, you will be expected to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your role will involve presenting and promoting our business loan and SCF products and services to clients, generating leads through various channels, conducting needs assessments, and customizing financial solutions to meet clients" specific requirements. Collaboration with internal and 3rd party lending partners will be crucial in developing customized finance solutions, negotiating loan terms, and building strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Staying informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments will also be essential to identify growth opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets set by the company. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, with proven experience in sales within the financial services sector, specifically in supply chain finance or related products. Strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a track record of effective sales deal negotiation are key requirements for this role. You will report directly to Ritesh Agarwal, the CEO of Invoyz Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
