Job Description

Job Profile:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our business development and client acquisition strategy in the freight forwarding & custom clearance domain. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of logistics and strong customer relationships, and a proven sales track record. Key Responsibilities:Identify, target, and onboard new clients for freight forwarding services & Customs Clearance).Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, pricing, negotiation, and closing.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.Provide sales forecasts and reports to the management team. Skills & Competencies:In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding & customs clearance).Strong network and understanding of the Visakhapatnam logistics market.Salary: Base salary + sales incentivesPerformance bonuses based on trade lane and customer growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
