Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to acquire and manage IT and AI project opportunities from India and international markets

The ideal candidate should be strong in lead generation, client communication, and closing deals for software development and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new AI/ML, automation, and IT development projects (Web, Mobile, SaaS, Custom Software).
• Pitch AI solutions including chatbots, predictive analytics, automation tools, data engineering, and custom AI models.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable AI and IT services.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Coordinate with the technical team for project scoping and feasibility.
• Manage complete sales lifecycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → agreement.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in IT or AI Sales / Business Development.
• Strong understanding of software development services and emerging AI technologies.
• Experience in selling AI-based solutions (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work with international clients.
• Highly motivated, target focused, and proactive.
