JOB DESCRIPTION :Business Development Executive (BDE)–Sales

Location: Chandigarh, Jaipur, Kanpur, Lucknow.

Number of Open Positions: 15 (in each district)

Salary:₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month or as per the mapping.

Target:72 Units Per Month or mini. ₹6,00,000 per month

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join on these locations
  • our sales team across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales
  • growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and promoting our range of digital services.
  • This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned locations.
  • Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.

2. Client Acquisition:

  • Present and demonstrate digital marketing, software development, and website development services to prospective clients.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.

3. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

4. Target Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.

5. Market Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings and sales strategies.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, software development, or website development.

Skills:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, software development, and website development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
