As a Business Development Executive (BDE)Sales, your role involves identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and promoting digital services in Chandigarh, Jaipur, Kanpur, and Lucknow. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by implementing proactive sales strategies, leveraging strong interpersonal skills, and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities through various channels like networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media. - Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends. - Present and demonstrate digital marketing, software development, and website development services to prospective clients. - Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and support. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies for business growth. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide feedback for improving service offerings and sales strategies. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development activities. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, software development, or website development. Skills: - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, software development, and website development. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
