Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Kochi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong communication with potential and existing clients. Daily tasks include researching market trends, planning and executing business strategies, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve targets.



  1. Ad Sales (Bus Media):

    Transforming advertising touchpoint that reaches thousands of passengers daily. This is a unique opportunity for brands and agencies to leverage a medium that combines both scale and frequency.
  2. Travel-Tech Vertical:

    Creating a platform that empowers intercity bus operators to drive more bookings and expand their customer base. Our model is designed to be transparent, operator-friendly, and scalable across South India.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard clients (brands, agencies, or bus operators).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
  • Own revenue and onboarding targets, driving consistent growth.
  • Research markets to identify untapped opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (ad sales, mobility, SaaS, or travel-tech preferred).
  • Strong pitching, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • A target-driven mindset with resilience and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English and South Indian languages is a plus.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
