Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a drive to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into business opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Represent the company at client meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and lead-gen platforms.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
