·        Identify and acquire new clients for freight forwarding and logistics services
·        Develop and execute sales strategies for Air and Sea freight
·        Handle customer inquiries, price negotiations, and quotation follow-ups
·        Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction
·        Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients
·        Stay updated with local market trends and competitor activities
·        Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
·        5â10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / NVOCC Sales
·        In-depth knowledge of Air and Sea logistics processes
·        Strong network and understanding of the local market (Gujarat & Jaipur preferred)
·        Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
·        Proven ability in client acquisition and retention
·        Immediate joiners preferred
