Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our recruitment consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth in the recruitment sector. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients (companies) for recruitment services. Pitch recruitment solutions and convert leads into long-term clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers. Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment team. Draft and negotiate service agreements and proposals. Maintain database of prospective clients and regularly follow up. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue. Attend client meetings (virtual/in-person) as required. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors. Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or HR consultancy Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-driven Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communications Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Prior experience in B2B recruitment sales or staffing services Understanding of recruitment life cycle and industry requirements Interested candidates can share your CV on this number : 7383686508 Email ID : priti@vrecruitfirst.com Show more Show less
