Role & responsibilities

We are currently hiring for the position of Business Development Executive. The key responsibility for this role will be to onboard freelancers for Zepto. These freelancers will refer delivery riders, and freelancers will be paid based on the number of successful rider referrals.
We are specifically looking for candidates with strong field sales experience. Preference will be given to individuals who have actively worked in field roles with companies like PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe , Credit card sale

Working days - Monday - Saturday (Sunday weekoff)

Onboard and manage local freelancers (Saathis) to find rider leads.
Visit local hotspots (like tea stalls, garages, petrol pumps, slums) to connect with potential leads.
Collect and record lead data properly.
Share daily updates and performance with the city manager.
Help with training and guiding freelancers on lead generation.
Support in achieving weekly/monthly rider hiring targets with your managers help.
