Role Description:

We are seeking the Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and developing new business. This role will also involve communication with clients.

• Handle Horeca Channel (Hotel, Bar and Restaurants, Super market, Hyper Market, Institution, Cafeteria etc.) for all SKU's.
• Responsible for achievement of Sales Target assigned on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis.
• Responsible for increasing off-take in stores, sampling etc. to increase the sales.
• Responsible to ensure stores coverage by enlisting new chains and driving business volumes with proper negotiation of TOT.
• Responsible for ensuring 100% fill rate, PO follow up and smooth delivery of PO.
• Responsible for proper display, merchandising and increasing shelf share of brand.
• Ensuring that all SKUs are listed and available in Horeca chains.
• Maintain MIS and sales report and provide timely feedback and sharing of regular visibility images to supervisor.
• Regular update on competitor margin and activities/Launch.

Qualifications

• Strong Business and Communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills
• Bachelors Degree/MBA/BHM
• Minimum 3 year of FMCG-Foods experience
• A self-starter capable of working independently
• Personal vehicle is a must
