Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically focused on lead generation through organic campaigns. The ideal candidate should also possess strong skills in bidding on freelance platforms such as Upwork, Guru, and others. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation through organic marketing campaigns. Identify and engage potential clients through various online channels and social media platforms. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets. Freelance Platform Management: Expertly navigate and bid on freelance platforms like Upwork, Guru, and others to secure new projects. Craft compelling proposals and pitches to attract and win new clients. Maintain and update profiles on freelance platforms to enhance visibility and credibility. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions. Conduct follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals. Utilize SEO, content marketing, social media, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and generate leads. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI. Communication and Reporting: Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to management on lead generation activities, sales performance, and market trends. Provide regular updates and feedback on client interactions and project statuses. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (3-4 years) in sales and marketing with a focus on lead generation. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with freelance platforms like Upwork, Guru, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
