Business Head Influencer Marketing
As the Head of Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and leading our influencer marketing division. You will develop strategies and implement large-scale influencer campaigns, build strategic partnerships with both existing and new clients, lead a team, and ensure campaigns are creatively impactful and ROI-driven. This is a leadership role that requires both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership Build the overall influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives (awareness, engagement, conversions). Define KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting formats for all campaigns. 2. Team & Campaign Management Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing influencer marketing team. Oversee day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns: briefing, client meetings, contract negotiations, coordination, tracking, and content approvals. 3. Influencer Relationship Building identity and onboarding influencers across micro, macro, and celebrity tiers. Establish long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers. Curate relevant influencer lists for different brand verticals or campaign goals. 4. Performance & Optimisations Use influencer marketing tools and dashboards to track real-time performance. Analyse campaign metrics, including engagement, reach, sales uplift, and ROI. Optimise influencer selection and budgets based on performance data. 5. Content & Trend Integration Monitor social trends, pop culture, and creator-led formats (e.g., GRWM, unboxings, brand POVs). Suggest innovative content directions to ensure influencer content stays engaging and platform relevant. 6. Compliance & Brand Safety Ensure brand alignment, content quality control, and adherence to influencer disclosure and platform guidelines. Manage contracts, payments, and deliverable timelines with legal and finance teams. Requirement • 3-4 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing & client servicing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale influencer campaigns. Excellent understanding of platforms: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Quora. • Strong network of creators and agency partners across key verticals. Solid analytical skills; ability to interpret campaign data and drive insights. • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Qoruz, Plixxo, One Impression, Klug, or in-house influencer tech platforms. • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital culture. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with D2C, lifestyle, or beauty brands. • Exposure to international influencer campaigns. • Knowledge of paid media amplification and affiliate marketing strategies. • Access to top creators and trendsetting brands.
