We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives. This position is ideal for recent graduates with 1 to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive networking and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing company products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and delivery of services.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Business Development and Sales.
• Strong Client Relationship Management and Networking skills.
• Proficiency in Market Research and Strategic Planning.
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the design and digital marketing industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
