Business Development & Sales Representative Vibescapes Resorts & Villas (Mumbai | Full-Time | Hospitality | BD & Partnerships) Vibescapes is one of Maharashtras fastest-growing boutique resort brands and were looking for a dynamic Business Development & Sales Representative to help us expand our corporate, group, and event business, while also sourcing boutique properties across India for our next phase of growth. If you love hospitality, sales, travel, and partnerships this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing * Acquire corporate bookings, retreats, offsites, weddings & group stays * Build & manage relationships with corporates, event planners, travel agents & DMCs * Create strategic partnerships across travel, events, wellness & experiential sectors * Source boutique and nature-first properties for Vibescapes’ India expansion * Conduct market outreach, field sales visits, sales calls & networking * Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts & close deals * Maintain CRM & share weekly/monthly reports * Represent Vibescapes at industry events & exhibitions Reporting Structure * This role reports to our Mumbai (Bombay) office * Field sales is of utmost importance — expect regular on-ground meetings, visits, and client interactions Who We’re Looking For * 3–4 years in hospitality sales / BD / travel trade / corporate sales * Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills * Proven experience in B2B lead generation & closing * Self-driven, proactive & comfortable traveling for sales * Passion for boutique travel, resorts & lifestyle brands Why Work With Us At Vibescapes, you’ll be part of a brand focused on nature-first hospitality, design-led resorts, and curated travel experiences.
