Marketing & Business Development Executive About UEDC Upcrest Engineering Design Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (UEDC) is a multidisciplinary MEP and Green Building Consulting firm delivering integrated engineering design solutions for commercial, residential, institutional, healthcare, and industrial buildings. With a strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and innovation, UEDC partners with architects, developers, and organizations to create smarter, more sustainable built environments.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Business Development professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing brand visibility, and building long-term client relationships within the building engineering and MEP consulting domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in MEP design and green building consulting sectors.

• Conduct market research, data mining, and competitor analysis to generate qualified leads.

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, developers, PMC firms, and contractors.

• Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up to convert leads into projects.

• Participate in marketing meetings and client discussions to understand project requirements and present UEDC’s capabilities.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote UEDC’s services and expertise.

• Create engaging content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

• Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and ensure consistent branding.

• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and marketing collaterals for clients and events.

• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare case studies, project portfolios, and technical marketing materials.

• Represent UEDC in client meetings, industry forums, and networking events.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery post-business acquisition. Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or Marketing / Business Administration.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or business development within MEP Consulting / Building Engineering / Construction Services.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client management.

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for sustainable design and the built environment will be an added advantage.
