Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in business development. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
