We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to onboard new gyms, fitness studios, and wellness centers onto the Truworth platform. The role will involve building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience so our partners can effectively sell memberships through Truworth.
• Prospect & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential gyms, fitness studios, and wellness centers in target locations.
• Partnership Negotiation: Pitch Truworth’s value proposition, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize agreements.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all partner information, images, and offers are uploaded accurately.
• Training & Support: Guide partners on how to use the platform to list and sell memberships effectively.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor offerings, industry trends, and local fitness market dynamics.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (fitness/wellness industry a plus).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets. • Good understanding of the fitness industry and membership models preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
