Experienced in using marketing automation tools such as ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Zoho CRM for email workflows, campaign setup, and CRM integration. Conducts market research to identify trends and improve service offerings. Prepares customized proposals and supports pre-sales with demos and tool setups. Works closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects. Focused on achieving sales targets and maintaining a strong pipeline.
