We are searching for a team lead with over 3 years of experience in backend development using JavaScript, Typescript, and related technologies. You should have a strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks like NodeJs, React.JS, and libraries. Your responsibilities will include optimizing web applications for performance, compatibility, and responsiveness on multiple platforms. Additionally, you will be expected to troubleshoot software issues for our customers and partners. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Experience in designing and developing smart contracts using Solidity and other Blockchain programming languages is a plus. A strong command of Mongo DB, as well as familiarity with common third-party APIs, is essential. You should have excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
