Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting the growth strategy of our Company. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our clientele and increasing revenue by generating leads, pitching services, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Identify and target new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

2.Generate qualified leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, online platforms, and other relevant platforms.

3.Pitch our services effectively to prospective clients.

4.Prepare and present business proposals, solutions, and capability decks.Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

5.Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategies.

6.Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

7.Maintain CRM data and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3–4 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in a tech, gaming, or IT company. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

2.Strong understanding of digital services including mobile apps, games, and web platforms. Knowledge of platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

3.Ability to analyze data and trends to create effective sales strategies. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

1.Experience in international sales (USA, UK, Europe, and MENA markets).

2.Knowledge of the game development and mobile application ecosystem and relevant trends.

3.Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho etc.
