Interview Process : No Virtual Interview 1st Round at the Office : Initial Registration, Discussion with Team Leader and Typing Speed Test 2nd Round at the Office : Zoom discussion with Sales Head, Email writing test 3rd Round, Telephonic : Over call with the HR Team Role & responsibilities Join Our Team: Business Development Executive Growth : High growth prospective with higher position and higher salary Position: Business Development Executive Number of Positions: 07 Location: Andheri (East), MIDC Is it office job : Yes Does it involve field work : No Is it a voice process : Yes Working Timings : 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM Virtual Interview : No What You'll Do: Contacting Prospective clients : You will be given interested clients in your daily lead-ins and you will be required to contact them to understand their requirements. Deal Closing: Support in proposals, negotiations, and presentations. Sales Pipeline Management: Keep track of performance and customer data. Preferred candidate profile What We're Looking For: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Fresher or 1+ year of B2B sales experience in software/technology/edtech. Proven ability in deal making Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and independent.
